Birth Registration
Please fill out the below S1 form in CAPITAL LETTERS and bring the following documents:
- 1 Passport-Size Photograph of the child with white background in hard form.
- Both parents and the newly born child must be present in the Consulate for birth registration.
- Orignal and copy of birth certificate issued from the Hospital.
- Orignal and copy of both Parents’ CNIC/NICOPs, Passports and Turkish Kimlik Cards (documents must be valid).
- Orignal and copy of Marriage Certificate.
- Service Charges are US $20 (Birth Registration is processed in the same day)
NOTE:
- After the completion of birth registration (below S1 Form), the applicant can process NICOP of the newly born baby on the same day.
- NICOP processing facility is also avalible in this Consulate. However, applicant can also process the NICOP via online facility, please visit https://id.nadra.gov.pk/e-id/
- After getting the NICOP, the family will visit the Consulate along with newly born baby to process baby’s Passport, however please visit, https://onlinemrp.dgip.gov.pk/ for online facility of Passport.
