Single Certificate/Un-Married Certificate
In order to process a Single Certificate or Un-Married Certificate, please read the following carefully:
- Every citizen of Pakistan who is interested in a Single Certificate or an Un-Married certificate needs to submit an Affidavit on a Stamp Paper from their parents. (If parents are residing outside Pakistan then the Affidavit must be attested from the relevant Embassy/Consulate of Pakistan) OR (If the parents are residing in Turkiye, then the parents has to visit the Consulate physically along with the applicant)
- Un-marriage certificate from the union council.
- The below affidavit and Un-marriage certificate from the union council must be attested from the Foreign Office Islamabad or its sub-offices at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar or Quetta.
- The applicant has to bring copies of CNIC, Passport of himself as well as his/her parents.
- Single Certificate is issued on same day with a Fee of US$ 20.
Birth Certificate
In order to process a Certificate , please read the following carefully:
- Every citizen of Pakistan who is interested to get a birth Certificate must produce a copy of Birth Certificate issued from any Union Council of Pakistan along with a copy of Passport.
- Birth Certificate is issued on the same day with a Fee of 20$ each.
Police Character Certificate
Currently Pakistan Consulate Istanbul has access to process Police Character Certificate of the citizens who belong to the following Provinces/Territories:
Islamabad
Punjab
Balochistan
Azad Kashmir
However, citizens who belong to Sindh, Gilgit Biltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can send an authority letter in Pakistan to process their Police Character Certificate from their concerned Police Stations. Police character Certificates issued from Pakistan must be first attested from Foreign Office, Islamabad or its Sub-Offices at Lahore/Karachi/Peshawar/Quetta.
Note:
- To process Police Character Certificate from the Consulate, personal appearance is mandatory. Please msut bring your original Passport and Pakistani National Id Card copy at the time processing.
- The Consulate will charge US$ 20 to process Police Character Certificate and US$ 20 for its attestation (if necessary) of the Police Character Certificate.
- Application processing time 7 working days for Punjab and Islamabad province however Balochistan and
Azad Kashmir province application processing time 15 working days.
Driving License Renewal Punjab
Traffic Punjab Police started online renewal of driving license facility to facilitate the Overseas Pakistanis. This can be availed from official website www.dlims.punjab.gov.pk and same facility is available at Punjab Police Pakistan App. The process for renewal of driving license is as under:-
The applicant will;
a. Login at www.dlims.punjab.gov.pk or Punjab Police Pakistan App.
b. Register himself/herself c. Go to License tab and then select Renewal option in regular license Menu.
d. Enter his license details and upload a picture (white background), existing License (front, back), CNIC (front, back).
e. Pay driving license fee through PSID (electronically).
f. Submit the application online
Driving License Renewal Islamabad
Islamabad Traffic Police started online renewal of driving license facility to facilitate the Overseas Pakistanis. This can be availed from official website www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk
Driving License Renewal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Traffic Police started online renewal of driving license facility to facilitate the Overseas Pakistanis.
The process for renewal of driving license is as under:-
The applicant will submit the following documents to the concerned Embassy/Consulate;
1. Scanned copy of Passport, CNIC and expired driving license (expiry should
not exceed three years.
2. Latest medical fitness certificate attested by the registered medical practitioner of the concerned country.
3. Nominee information for government fee submission and license collection.
